Don't use this shop, poor customer service. There are plenty of other good shops who deserve your money. this shop lost a $2-3k insurance paid job. In this economy, it doesn't pay to be rude to people, because their are many others businesses who will treat you with courtesy and respect. Laura, the woman at the front desk is rude and should take a class in how to speak to people. If their rude from the start and don't care about their customers, how will they treat your auto repairs? Go somewhere else!!!
