Simi Valley Tire Pros

The people at Simi Valley Tire Pros are great. I've been with the company before it changed its name, for about twenty years. The people at Simi Valley Tire Pros went out of their way and were very accommodating. I had called them to replace custom-size tires for my son's car and they went out of their way to find the tires. Once I had a flat tire and the owner smiled and asked how my son's prom was. He remembers his customers! Another time, my husband was sick and they held on to his tires for three weeks. The person said to come over whenever we could. When I come in, the people will give me a smile. They are very friendly and very willing to help immediately. I never have to wait very long. I highly recommend them. The prices are okay too! more

Whenever I go to Simi Valley Tire, I'm in and out and it doesn't take long. I like a good, quick auto service. I use them whenever I need new tires or to patch slow leaks, and have been a number of times. I used to use another tire place, but they were farther away, and started to get kind of expensive. Simi Valley Tire is close by my home, and they do a good job. The service people are good and friendly. more

Simi Valley Tire Pros was friendly and quick! They were done by the time they said they would be done. I work right across the street from them, and my tire was leaking air consistently for the past couple of weeks. I asked Simi Valley Tire Pros if they could fix the tire for me and they said yes. They said they'd be done in twenty-five minutes, but they called me within twenty minutes. They were quick, efficient, and friendly. more

Simi Valley Tire Pros are friendly and professional. They would be perfect, except they forgot to put the cover back over the air spout, so it was a good thing I checked. Otherwise, they were great. more

This past week I had a nail in my tire. I called and talked to a man who told me if I came over right away the wait would be 15 minutes to fix . I rushed over and was then told it would take more than an hour. Being i need to get back to work , I decided to go back later. I arrived at 4:15 and was told it would take about a half hour. So after an hour I began to get impatient because my car was not done ,and I was the only one in the waiting room. I even told the receptionist that i felt the wait was too long and she agreed with me. To make a long story short finally at 6:10 almost two hours later my car was ready. There were no appologies the man (who I believed to be the owner) said there would be no charge and so I left. Three days later day guess what ? The tire was flat again and I had to call the auto club. They came and there were not one, but two nails in the tire and the auto club man told me a patch was never done. I would never recomend this place to anyone, ever !!!!!!!! more
