silver screen has a fair selection of vhs and dvds for rental. their prices are alrite, but their amount of "new" releases always makes me wonder. anyway, their memberships are easy to create and i've never had a problem with them. their rental/free structure is fair and okay but they do often lack in the number of copies they have for each title.
