Holland Residential hires untrained and unskilled managers to run this apartment complex. With the current management being outright rude, discriminatory, lying, and harassment of tenants. When people complained and HR didn't let her go, more than a couple dozen residents moved due to the lack of respect by the current manager. They lie and manipulate you when you try to sign a lease... also the Gate to Vancouver mall which is there high point into getting you to sign a lease... is locked (even to residents) and plans are to keep it secured for good. So don't trust them period!! Also rates went up due to dropping over 20% in tenants due to the currant manager. Also parking is a big issue, even if you pay for parking they refuse to do anything about it. DO NOT RENT HERE PERIOD!!! Also the crime rate for parking in the street (because of lack of parking, or someone stole your paid carport spot.) is high, almost on a daily basis tenants cars have been stolen or broken into. Even the Vancouver Police acknowledge the problem here is severe. You'll regret living here.
