Lcated in a dingy apartment-like store on the 3rd floor on Broadway. The people working there are mean and over charge for EVERYTHING! I have rented from them twice (because I thought the first time when they were horrible might have just been a bad day) but sadly they were even more unprofessional the second time I gave them business. There was a problem with my tux (because the tux's they have are so cheap, mine actually broke right before the event!) and when I called them they said it was my fault and that they wouldn't do anything about it. Both times In the end I was just VERY disgruntled. I would definitely recommend going some place else. Also, look on the web to rent or buy tuxedo's from stores NOT in NYC since the prices will be much better (and the customer service will be MUCH nicer)!
