This place...need I say more?? Well then I will. It's all about the money to be made with these people. If you have insurance they couldn't care less about you. They will tell you the wait is atleast 45 minutes or longer just because they don't care about the public....we don't give them enough MONEY to care. They will intentionally make you wait!!!!! Don't blame the poor employees that don't have a smile when they speak to you...I sure as hell wouldn't have a smile if I had to work for them! Now let's talk about compounded medications shall we? How many times have you been told about your insurance not being able to be billed for your ""compounded"" prescriptions?? that's a total crock!! Call your insurance company and they will say that it can!! They just don't want to bother with it OR you. Fork over the cash...Now get out!!! Zero recommendations from me. Pros: Zero!!! I went to this pharmacy to pick up a RX that my doctor office called in. The front desk person could not find the RX and had to call a lady in the back. I called my Dr office and they called while I was waiting. I waited while this lady then took a personal call (which I could hear) and then came out like 15 minutes later. She then was very rude and told me that she had called me to tell me that RX was going to be very expensive. She had not called. I will never go back and I will also tell everyone I know how terrible this pharmacy is. I never take the time to do these but would hate for someone else to be treated the way I was. LOOK OUT for this pharmacy!!!!!!!!! Pros: None this place is the worst Cons: Rude people behind the counter more

I've discovered that while there a lots of chain drugstore locations in Santa Clara County, there are basically only a few companies that own them all and they are all pretty much the same. A couple of recent experiences have led me to realize how poorer we are being made by our chainstore mentality. Pros: Lots of parking. Easy to get to. Cons: They don't advertise. Get the word out! more
