Signature Ridge Apartments

I've lived at several different apartments in my life, but none can compare with Signature Ridge. The new staff is warm & friendly, the pools are great, they have a gym with updated equipment, washer & dryer in your apt and the apartment itself is very spacious. It's a little more expensive than other places, but you really do get what you pay for. My lease is up at the end of the month and I'm not just renewing, I'm upgrading to a larger apt!!!. Don't believe the bad reviews written by a few disgruntled, spoiled brats, come by and see for yourself. You'll feel at home from the minute you step foot at the complex. more

So there are so many bad reviews on this place. what gives??? Because of thievery and poor management. well first off thieves are everywhere and more so in a big city like this. If your tires are getting stolen how about you get a better alarm on your car. Jeeze people need to learn to protect themselves and their belongings before they rate the place the live. Secondly these apartments are under new management and I have to say they are friendly and professional. To that one person that said the previous office lost some paperwork. How about next time you keep a receipt of all the transactions you make with the office and be smart about things. How can you say they don't keep proper paper work when you can't do something as simple as file a receipt away. Again your mistake too... not just theirs. ok let me talk about the good things. What I like most is the high 9 foot ceiling and the crown molding at the top. For me it gives the place more of a house feel and not like a ""trailer park I can slap the ceiling"" kind of feel. The place is fairly quiet and relaxing. Every week there is a party at the pool. But no one is getting crazy and it never goes late so for me it's still family friendly. The complex is very clean and over all my neighbors seem nice. From what I've seen around it is a little more expensive but you get what you pay for. For me it's a great centralized location. I moved in and had brand new carpet which I was excited about because I am about to have a baby. In conclusion if I was you I would disregard all the other morons posting bad things about this place. they don't know what they are talking about. An apartment complex is a business and business make mistakes. As a consumer do your part (which I believe is easy and just takes a little effort) and protect yourself at any place you rent from. more

So I have lived here for just about two years and it has been TERRIBLE!! Not only is the management no help whatsoever, but both my car and my roommate's cars' tires were STOLEN and left on blocks!!! This is not a rare thing that happens here either. There has been a least TEN more cars left on blocks (not including ours). When we reported the theft to the front office, their completely unconcerned response was that they could do nothing and that we could not find better security at any other complex. Tire theft is not the only security issue at this complex. We were also informed by police outside of our building that a woman was mugged and her purse was stolen. Signature Ridge claims to be a safe ""gated community,"" but more than not the gates DON'T WORK. This adds to the complete lack of security and safety on property grounds. To any potential renters, I URGE you to think twice about moving in. There are definitely less costly options which offer much more security. more

I lived in these apartments for almost two years and it was terrible! The first 6 months were okay, but then everything in the apartment started to break. The ladies in the front office are awful, what people write in these reviews about them are true. more

The management is full of oversized gabby women in silkly revealing blouses. They surf the internet while cars get broken into, dogs run around barking like crazy, tenants play loud music, and don't even bother to live on the bottom floor...you'll never have peace with how thin the ceilings are... The management does nothing about compliants. I have had a lawyer contact them, but nothing happens. They say that they will fix the problem, but again nothing. These are those women that got pregnant in 9th grade and never made it past the maturity level of junior high. Pros: the maintenance men Cons: horrible management. more

The apartments are pretty and very spacious, but the rent is high and the management is terrible. The Assistant manager, Tracie, is so rude and unprofessional. She will not work with residents to find a solution to a problem. Their accounting is terribly slow and if an error is made on their part they will still charge you for difference plus a late fee. Parking is terrible, the grass is covered in dog mess, they do not reinforce breed restrictions (hence the pitbull across the walkway...), the maintance guys are good but the management neglects to address problems or consent to order parts for them. This is the first management company I have ever been with that cares so little for the residents only their rent checks. The management changed in August and they are not good Totally nonresponsive to repairs or complaints. The manager sits in her office all day on the internet gabbing with employees. The red headed dude in the front office is the only decent person. The overly tanned blond is impossible to talk to because of her bizarre facial expression. Residents can't bother themselves to open the lid of the dumpsters, so the drop their trash in front of it. Pros: Convenient Cons: Trash, management more

I just moved in and I am very happy with the attention I have received. The grounds are very clean. Office personnel are very helpful. My only complaint is that handicapped parking is not enforced. more
