I have worked in customer service for numerous years. I have always been taught and trained others that the customer/client is ""always right"". And when a customer service issue rises, you do what you can to make one's experience as pleasant as possible, which will inevitably yield a repeat customer. I had an absolutely deplorable customer service experience at this place of business and I left feeling upset, hurt, and infuriated. I will never return here and I will make sure I will spread the word for others to do the same.
