I called to ask about cherry eye surgeries. The staff kept interrupting me and putting me on hold. Finally, a staff member gave me a price quote, and told me to come into the clinic. When I tried to ask for more information (this is after being on the phone for 10 minutes) he said he "was on lunch" and "didn't have to answer anything". SHOCKING! I don't know why they would answer the phone, just to put me on hold and then say they were on lunch! But, it gets even more HORRIBLE! When I politely responded that I was frustrated that he was being rude, he responded, "That's fine." No, I said, it is not fine - how am I suppose to trust someone with my beloved pet that CANNOT even be courteous to me? When I voiced this concern, his response was again, "That's fine." And then giggled! Wow - I don't know about the doctor, but REMEMBER IT IS THE STAFF that is with your pet most of the time and I would NEVER TRUST this staff to care for my puppy!
