Walk-ins are welcome, it doesn't take a while to get an appointment with most of the hair dressers. The location is convenient. Staff unprofessional. Not cheap but not expensive. Quality received depends on who you get. They do take the time to see what you are looking for.
Overall, if you get a decent person it should turn out OK. If they mess up your hair, watch out. Not receptive to making it right and no apologies. The flip switches if they make a mistake. I would go elsewhere because hair mistakes happen and you would want to work with someone better to fix their mistake. Owner was rude and unapologetic for their mistake that happened. I was shocked. I've never received insult added to injury for a hair mistake.
