I had been riding around with the check engine light on for months because I went to *#* Mechanic shop many times trying to get them to fix the ""fuel Sensor(s)"" problem which the diagnostic computer kept indicating was the problem- but they never could fix the problem. I just got fed up with them, their excuses, and their bills. My inspection sticker expired; and my car failed the emissions test. The sticker tech told me the computer said it was the fuel sensor(s)- same diagnosis.
Being female, I didn't want to be taken advantage of again. A friend recommended Shepherd Square and I'm so glad I went. Mike at the front desk was very informative, and explained repairs and price thoroughly. I was on my lunch break, and, Matt, the OWNER drove me back to work. When I returned at 5 pm, the car was ready as promised. The car PASSED emissions. Finally, problem fixed and has stayed fixed. You can tell that the whole team takes pride in their work, are proficient, honest, and provide great customer service at competitive prices. I have finally found a car mechanic shop I trust.
