Can you be 100% satisfied. Believe I am. Purchased a Liberty Lincoln (35) gun safe on Tuesday evening around 6 PM and 24 hours later the safe was on its way to my residence to be delivered. I was amazed with the courtesy and professionalism that the two delivery men portrayed. Within a couple of hours they had the safe installed. It could have been a nightmare as I knew it wouldn't be easy getting the 980 pound safe to the final destination point. But with their knowledge and expertize it went without a hitch. When they got the safe installed, they took the time to answer all my questions. Even answered some questions about my firearms and scopes that I had thought of while in the process of getting my firearms prepared to go into the new storage space. They made sure that they did not harm my steps, porch, entry into the house, etc. Made sure that they cleaned up their mess and left without a trace that they were there. This is the kind of service that I'm not used to getting an more

there are reviewers who say that oh they are nice, and that there good business, and the reviewer says to go judge for yourself, so yes you should, so that you can see what others are talking about when it comes to sharp shooters. again, there are other extremely good gun shops in lubbock texas, what he calls good at sharp shooters is found in other gun stores around lubbock with very very good prices, and excellent gun service. another review agrees on the terrible attitude of the employee when you ask for help. if you want to see sharp shooters, go, if you dont, trust me, go and see how another gun store could help you, you truly will not be disapointed. more

I was in Lubbock on business and wanted to find a gun store to visit. I saw all of the bad reviews and went anyway. I was treated very well even though the place was PACKED and they just had two employees quit. I even spent time with the owner and found him to be very business like but very pleasant too. I honestly don't see why all these cry babies were writing such bad reviews. The prices are steep on some guns but fair on others. Yes, you may have to wait a bit or even speak up for some help, but that typical in most gun stores anyway. Don't let the bad reviews keep you away, go and judge for yourself. more

Mobile doesn't show the above rating definitions but my intent is to rate POOR.\r Firearms are sunstantally overpriced both new and used. Used guns are often found priced higher than what new guns can be found elsewhere. On top of that, they only want to give you about 2/3 Blue Book value on your trade in, even if yours is unfired NIB, so they want to make a killing on your gun too. \r Unless you have a pocket full of money to waste I suggest you meet your gun needs elsewhere. That's what I've done. more

This store has a large selection of gun, ammo, & accessories. It is great if you know exactly what you want or just want to browse. However, the store is disorganized and cluttered so you have to really look for what you want. The customer service is the worst I have EVER seen in ANY business. They have the market cornered in Lubbock, do some advertising, & move inventory fast. Ergo, they have no incentive to be friendly, helpful, or negotiate (they are OVERPRICED). They usually just ignore you (especially if you don not ?look? wealthy), so you will have to ask for help (unbelievable). Don not expect to be treated with respect or have questions answered in more than one sentence. The younger employees are especially arrogant and rude, but there is one nice older gentleman who is helpful. I have not done business with Sharp Shooters, and I do not plan on it. There are smaller gun shops in Lubbock with better customer service and prices.Hope this helps! more

This business is a great place for anybody looking for something out of the ordinary in terms of firearms. You can go almost anywhere and pick up a Glock, but Sharp Shooters offers a broad range of choices including Sigarms, Beretta, Colt and other large brands. They also have a great selection of knives and firearm accessories. I haev bought many items from the store and have always been treated right. I recently purchased Trijicon night sights for one of my handguns and the clerk went out of his way to help me find exactly what I was looking for. more
