2 months of dealing with different employees of the Shannon Health system and still have no appointment. Dr. Jones office contact 8 weeks ago and they haven't received records, but didn't bother to let me know. Dr. Untalan has me waiting for 3 weeks due to Jeannie not returning my calls. Upon receiving my records, she was finally able to call to tell me Dr Untalan has declined to take me as a patient. Spoke with lady in the administration offices of Shannon Clinc who seemed outraged at the run around and told me she or another lady would call me and work to get me in with a doctor. A week later I gave up and went to Concho Valley ER and received excellent care and diagnosis. Visit was on a Sunday and upon leaving I had an appointment with a Cardiologist. The inability to have meaningful conversation or encounter anyone that seemed ready to do their job and help is unbelievable. What an absolute tragedy that the leaders of this city allowed Shannon to take all competition and choice away. I will travel to Abilene or see only those physicians not a part of the Shannon Health System.
