Shane Co

I am very unhappy and sad with the job the jeweler did to fix a crack in my band. I refused the refund because I just want it fixed right. She told me she could never get it back the way it was.I believe she should have told me if she couldnt fix it right. I am not sure what I'm going to do but I have to do something if it means call whomever is in charge of that store. My husband has bought me quite a few pieces of jewelry at this store which and I love each one of them. However this ring was my absolute favorite . The thick gold band was beautiful now one side of it is thin and flat. I am hoping Shaneco fixes their mistake somehow. more

Shortly before my husband and I got engaged, I stopped by the Shane Co. to scout it out and get an idea of what I wanted. I went at a busy time, and the salesperson was less than friendly to me. I'm young and I was alone, so I guess she didn't want to waste her time on me. Who knows. Either way, I advised my husband to buy my engagement ring elsewhere. He did. Fast forward a year, and we were looking everywhere for wedding bands but didn't see anything that caught our attention. We ended up back at the Shane Co. and lo and behold, found exactly what we were looking for, at a great price, and the salesclerk was sooo friendly. It's too bad I had an experience there the first time, because after looking at their engagement rings, I wish we'd have bought mine there instead. They have a great return/maintenance/repair policy too. I think (and hope) my first experience there was a fluke. I'd definitely go back to the Shane Co. in the future. more

I must say that I love this place. I will never buy fine jewelry from any other place again. My husband and I bought our wedding bands (and my engagement ring) from here. They offer a wonderful service policy on anything bought from them (free sizing, cleaning, etc.) The sales staff was very patient and helpful to us when we were in the decision making process. I have never had a moments trouble from this store. more
