I was financing a car from there and from day one I had problems with the cars. In a two month period I returned to Shabona’s 7 times, one car was giving me problems so they let me trade for another one. Should’ve of been my red light warning! But I need a car! after a month of no problem, the drama started with the new one, 8 months having the car, 2600.00 in repair bills with extend warrant. With no missed or late payment, I returned the car last month, now my credit took a negative hit of -25 points. smh All my hard work gone. more

Don't hang up on your customers problems. After buying a $17,000 bmw that was worth $16,000 in the blue book I had nothing but problems. I did not have possession of my car for a month after I bought it. I come to find out that they put all the little repairs like a new wind shield, new sunroof motor, fix some major dents and more that they said they would fix on my extended warranty. There was big problems because the guy that sold me the car quit the next day. Isn't that illegal? It should be because when I finally did have problems with the car AGAIN the warranty company said I already replaced those parts! Now I am down the whole $2,000+. I tried talking to the finance manager ( some rude african american kid ) and he had the nerve to yell at me on the phone because I had a tone which I had the right to have one. Then he hung up on me! In the end I told them I don't want the car anymore because it seemed to turn into a lemon on top of getting ripped off. I was going to just give it back and loose all the money but they turned it in for repossession. I stopped making my payments once all the warranty problems and their attitude changed even though I had the money. Now I have a repossession! That means I can't get another car for a while! On top of it all I was moving at the time and the repo man who had the spare key for the car decided it is fun to break the window and drag the car into the street with the emergency break on so everyone would know. How embarrassing that is... This is a very evil company and none of this story is exaggerated. more

The sales people are very nice and willing to work with you, as is the owner. The only complaint I have is their professionalism on the phone, or lack there of. They are rude and talk to fast, even on their voice-mails. I would recommend that anyone that needs a car go there but try to do EVERYTHING payment wise on the internet!!!!! more

Bought an SUV there. I had done my homework and knew what a fair price for the vehicle I was looking for actually was. I saw some ads for cheaper at other places and knew from experience not to waste my time with them. They had a car that matched my needs and fell within the ""fair price"" range. Salesman was really friendly and helpful. During the finance process I was blown away by how knowledgeable and efficient the finance guys was. He took the time to explain everything in the paperwork without taking forever. I left there feeling good about the whole experience. I will buy from them again. more

When l first looked in the dealership of Shabana motors, l was most impressed with the customer service and of the cars he had for sale. I was allowed to look around the showroom without any body trying to badger me about buying a car. They treated me like family and didn't pressure me to purchase what I couldn't afford. Once the deal was closed, my sales man updated on any changes and went out of his way to help me. And would refer them to anyone purchasing a new/ pre- owned vehicle ... The entire experience for a first time buyer was a great one and I look forward to doing business with them in the future more

The sales people at this dealership have a lot of KNOWLEDGE. I do not have the best credit, but I needed a car. After being declined for credit by other dealerships, I was very discouraged with the whole car buying experience. Anyway, I read good things about shabana and thought I'd give them a try. I was shocked that I was actually approved for a vehicle. I was even more surprised when I was able to drive out my dream car. Buying process was so easy & paper work was done without any hassle. After I went to a few dealerships and was treated terribly since my credit isn't the best I decided to try Shabana Motors after my friend told me they finance to people with bad credit. The employees there were really nice and financed a Escalade to me even though I had a repo on my credit report. I definitely will go here again when it's time to buy another car!\r \r \r more

I bought a car from this so called dealership, when i first saw it the bumper was already damaged on the passenger's side and the driver side door didnt even lock from the inside!!! I figured it was the only car that looked decent compared to all other vehicles on the lot. After four months my driver's side door latch is broken!! I called the dealership and the salesman had an attitude saying that he cant do anything about it. So now i have a broken door and i am still paying for this POS!!!!
