The owner purchased an antique Pfaff sewing machine from me and wanted me to ship it to her. She said that she had ordered a machine before and it was damaged during shipping and that I should pack it correctly. With her concern, I was surprised that she refused to pay for insurance and said that it was a hassle getting a refund from the post office previously. I shipped the machine and a month later she said that it had been completely destroyed and that she wanted a refund. Her story then changed, she said that she had never received a damaged machine before and that I hadn't packed it correctly. She expected to keep the ""destroyed"" machine and get a refund too. Very dishonest. I will not do business with her in the future.
