This company has a HUGE advertising budget...the only reason in my opinion that they've been in business so long. They treat you like dirt, act like they're doing YOU a favor, and overcharging for service calls and labor. This was late October and it's starts getting very cold in Charleston around this time. Some of our wedding party had arrived from out of town to stay the weekend. We had moved into our new home only a month prior and never needed the heater until this time. When it did not turn on, we looked in the breaker box and saw a Pardee sticker. We called and a ""repairman"" showed up late, and asked how we were going to pay before checking our unit. Very unprofessional in my opinion. After inspecting the unit, the ""repairman"" told us that it was Friday and the part was out of stock and that we'd have to wait until next week??
