Leasing office staff can't be bothered to brush their hair let alone actually assist residents. When I've gone to the office to get packages or inquire about a maintenance request, staff is usually chit chatting with one another lounging on the chairs with their feet on the desk - not very ladylike or professional for that matter. In fact there is one African American lady who does not brush her hair. They don't follow up on their promises to call back and are constantly chatting with one another while paying residents are waiting for assistance. Work requests are not completed in a timely manner. I've been waiting for over a week for a simple repair request. The security gates rarely work and this is obvious by the riff raff hanging out on the stairwells of the apartment buildings, in the gym, or in the parking lots on weekends. I've been a resident for 8 months and will not renew once my lease is up. more

Due to rent specials that require little to no deposits, my neighbors are probably criminals. The community, unfortunately, has become ghetto. The ""security gate"" is frequently not operational who makes the complex loud on Friday & Saturday nights and car damange is not uncommon. The management can't control the kids from other complexes who utilize our pool and ""gym"". The equipment on the gym is dilapitated, half are non functioning and what does work is unsafe. The walls are very thin - so you'll always hear your neighbors. Parking is a also an issue. Towing is enforced arbitrarily. more

Avoid this property at all costs. Especially be aware of a leasing agent named Chelsea. She seems nice from the first meeting, but she has ulterior motives and sleeps around with residents. The residents in the community have turned on the ghetto side, and it's not a young adults community at all, mainly families with teenage or young kids. Floor plans look nice, but once you move in, you'll notice rodents living between levels and maintenance does not do a good job of taking care of house calls at all. VERY overpriced for what you get, you'll want to move out within two weeks of moving in. Not worth it at all. Cons: Staff member, residents, etc. more
