First of all, whoever wrote this nonsense about rude people working at Sephora is horrible. The staff is amazing! A very popular store like that gets very crowded and the staff tr...

Worst

My friend told me about this great store and how their products could really help my skin. The first time I went into the Crabtree Store during the week in the evening, I did not...

Parking is a Pooper 4/9/2006

The parking at this mall, although plentiful is always horrible. They have tons of parking spaces, but chance are when you decide to go to the mall they are all going to be full. This mall also seems to attract pretty crappy drivers as well, so I always think I am going to be involved in some sort of collision while tehre. Beyong the crappy parking there are TONS of stores in this mall so you can find what you're looking for and more They have everything from clothing to pots and pans and several casual and fine dining resturants. more

Shop 'Til you Drop 3/23/2006

In addition to its wide variety of stores, Crabtree Valley Mall offers some great specialty shops that are not found other Raleigh area malls including Crate and Barrel, Yankee Candle, Restoration Hardware. They have a large food court for a quick lunch between stores, as well as many sit-down restaurants. It is a great place to spend a rainy Saturday or hot summer afternoon, although parking tends to be difficult on such occasions. more

Nice Mall 12/14/2005

This is a nice, big mall. Has all your normal mall stores. It is two floors and has a nice, big food court. Also has several restaurants including Kanki and Cheesecake Factory located here. Gets very crowded around Christmas time and there is limited parking. Any other time of year there is plenty of parking. There are parking decks with covered parking which is nice in the rain and bad weather. more

One of our favorites!! 8/15/2005

Despite its age Crabtree Valley Mall it still one of our favorites. It has stores for everyone, including the only Disney Store in the area! Also features a nice soft childrens play area. You'll also find fabulous dining choices like PF Chang's, The Cheescake Factory, Panera Bread, Ruby Tuesdays and a food court with many more choices. Check it out!! more

My favorite mall. 8/11/2005

Crabtree may be the one of the oldest malls in the triangle. But it is a beautiful place. Lots of wonderful stores- including stores for my plus-sized self. Lots of great sales and bargains. A kids play area. A Godiva store, Crabtree and Evelyn, Coach, and others. In addition, the parking is much better than the newer malls. They have gone to a great deal of work to build parking decks on all sides of the mall, and a mall entrance is never very far from where you are, and it is always easy to find parking. more

Worst Mall in the Triangle! 8/11/2005

Crabtree Mall is one of the oldest mall in the Triangle, and outdated. South Point Mall in Durham is a much better shopping experience, (Nordstrom's) and excellent restaurants, like Maggiano's Little Italy and soon to have the Cheesecake Factory. Take it from an experienced shopper, shop South Point and stay clear of Crabtree! more

Crabtree is #1 8/5/2005

Crabtree is definitely the best mall in the Triangle. It has everything you need, its nicely appointed, and it doesn't look like a Disney Theme park like the other two. It has the best food court by far, and its easy to navigate, just one long corridor, unlike malls such as SouthPoint, Triangle Towne, and Cary Towne that branch off in 100 different directions and you get lost trying to get back to your exit. more
