Menu offers more than just tofu 10/19/2005

So you might think that this restaurant only offers tofu, but the truth is that they offer a lot more. The restaurant is located on top of Starbucks on Atlantic. I first saw it when I went for a cup of coffee at Starbucks. They have a huge banner outside when you enter the parking structure. The service is okay. Nothing special, but they are not rude either. The cuisine is Asian - chinese to be exact. I tried something that didn't have tofu and it was okay. My guess is that the tofu items on the menu are probably better hence the name. more

pretty good korean food 10/5/2005

Tofu house has some pretty good food... when i came to this location it was very crowd.. i had to wait about 30 mins before i could be even seated.. once i sat they gave us pretty big side dishes.. along with the great korean bbq ribs... it was all delicious... more

really good korean tofu place if you live in monterey park and you don't want to go all the way to korea town to get some authentic tofu. their side dishes are plentiful and they are generous with the side dishes. the prices are really affordable, under $15 per person for sure. more

Good place 8/10/2005

I went here for dinner during the week. Personally, I thought the tofu soup was a little on the salty aside, but then again, I’m not quite sure how it’s suppose to taste like. During the week, they have pretty good lunch specials, priced at $5.88. However, it’s only good on the weekdays, not weekends. more
