We bought a bed on May 14, 2011, being told it could be returned for a full refund, minus shipping, if not satisfied. We tried it for 2 weeks, were not happy with it, and called to get it returned. We were told the bed was a Special Edition and could not be returned, only traded one time. It does say this on the 2nd page of the receipt, which you don't get until after it's paid for. Our fault for not reading the fine print. The salesman told us it could be returned if not satisfied, and he even told us to keep the boxes to return it in. When my husband called the 800 number, he was told there were several add-ons that could be bought to make the bed more comfortable. So that would be paying over $2200 for a bed, then having to buy add-ons to make it more comfortable, which was never mentioned by the salesman anyway. After arguing with a supervisor for about 30 minutes, my husband was told we could return the bed for a 20% restocking charge, which is going to be about $399.99. Not happy about the service, the product, or the restocking charge. Would not recommend this store to anyone.
