Me and my family have been going to seema for a while now, but i past 5-6 visits,I have noticed there poor customer service,even to regular customers.Last week I was turned down because I was 5 min late for my facial appointment,(well, I can still blame it in me, coz I was late ) but they were so rude to convey a small thing like "now, u;ll have to come back in 2hrs.
"The other day I called in the morning and made appointment with karam,and I got there in the evening just to wait for 20 more mins and then seema's dad said "beta karam is not going to be free for another hour,if you want, somebody else can help you"(but why ???what is the freaking point of making appointments ??) and karam yells in the back"yeah uncle, tell somebody else to help her coz i am all booked,(why did u make appointment in the first place), and I had to come back without getting eyebrows done,(a 10 min job wasted my 3hours).
I think they have started thinking that they can treat costumers in whatever way they want and people will still come back..well I doubt ,sorry seema, me and my family will have to say goodbye to you..for any concerns anybody can write me at email@example.com
