Wonderful, highly sensetive and caring people. Doc reminds me of Robin Williams, so funny!. Our whole family goes here now and they treat us like their family. I have to admit i'm a tough sell, well, just because i hate going to the dentist period, but they won me over and i'm so happy because they are blocks from my house. PLUS, i love the laughing gas - nice touch! more

Our whole family goes to Dr. Sedivy - my husband, my mom, my sister-in-law. And me. Dr. Sedivy does a great job, he's quick but caring, affordable, funny, and has a great staff. We've never had anything less than a great experience at Gateway Dental, including the receptionist. They do something that may be common but I've never had a dentist do it - they contact our insurance company when they've made a treatment plan and let us know how much of the cost will be our responsibility. I don't know why all dentists don't or won't do this, but we love knowing what it's going to cost BEFORE we're committed to paying.\r This is a great place to go for your dental care (given, of course, that it's always awful to go to the dentist!). more

I have been coming here since I was a little girl. Dr, Sedivy is the best. He has a great sense of humor. He also make removing my wisdom tooth fast and painless. I had tried out 2 other places prior to comng to him because my new insurance i had he didnt cover. But For the price his charges it is wonderful. more

I forgot a our first ever Saturday and appointment ,and their rude, stuck up repceptionist lectured me about how that appointment could have been given to someone else, and how important it was for me to have called. I told her how very sorry I was forgetting and was going to reschdule the appointment. She then told me there will be an $80.00 fee for missing the appointment, I was shocked and asked why that was mentioned to us from the start, she said it was in the paperwork we signed. I told her I will not be returning to their office again becuase of their outragous fee, and asked for copies of my paperwork to find the (maybe subjected to a fee) part of the paperwork I missed somehow. And then I had my X-rays transfered to a different Dentist. \r Pros: Evening hours are helpfull with work schdule Cons: Rude Staff and outragious fees more
