We had a special situation in that our wroght iron doors were not a standard size neither were the holes that were cut in the door. We had several people attempt to find a lock that fit our door and there were several more attempts at trying to fix locks that were purchased. BUT, no one was able to rectify our situation. We were living with chain and padlock at our front door for several months! I had locksmiths that came by and took one look at the door and literally said they don't want the business.
