I have been visiting this dental office since I moved to Toledo, and recently have had such a bad experience. After years of not being totally happy with the way the operate their billing policies but not enough to switch dentists. The office took 5 months to straighten out my account with my insurance company, duplicated claim submission 6 times and no one could help me understand my balance. Felt very underappreciated as a client and am changing denist due to the hassle and total lack of knowledge and competence of the office staff, notably the lady that does the insurance billing.
Pros: Beautiful Office, Some great hygienists
Cons: Very expensive, Ins. billing =hassles
