If paying top rent dollar for a building that smells, has dog poo in the hallways and no insulation between you and your neighbor appeals to your inner urban hipster, live the dream. Absent mgmt, lack of security and dirty windows are not "luxury" apt. features, despite the hyperbole in the pamphlet at the door. more
