Jon Mastrude and Seattle Trust Mortgage are great. I've done 3 loans with Jon over the last 13 years and he has always found a way to get the loan done quickly and at very favorable rates. He can be very creative in the way he sets up a loan. Just look at the bottom line: He’ll get you financed fast. He has a line on appraisers and title companies—just leave the details to him and he’ll find a loan program to suit your needs. Tell him Mark sent you. more
