I moved into Seasons in March of 2008. When I entered the apartment to inspect it, it smelled terribly like cigarettes and had not been fully cleaned. I had been told that all of the apartments were non-smoking. After repeated complaints, management dispached a cleaning crew which helped alleviate some of the problems. The first few months of living at Seasons I called for maintenance several times and no one would show up. I finally just started doing my own repairs and replacements out of pocket. When I went to replace my air filter for the first time, it was covered in nearly an inch of dust and looked as though it hadn't been changed in years. In fact, I found a credit card that expired in 2000 buried under inches of dust inside of the air intake - absolutely disgusting. When I informed management they didn't believe me and insisted that air filters were changed monthly; not once did anyone come to my apartment to change a filter in a year and a half.
