lived here in 07-08, 2 murders, half a dozen rapes, LOTS of fights, the back side was so bad not even HPD would go back there more

new management , new look but no change. save yourself the headache of trying to get anything fixed. when i say maintainance sucks i mean it, takes three weeks for them to show up and when they do they can't fix the broken stuff and have a nasty attitude. if i had read the reviews before i moved here there is absolutely no way i would be here. I have to move at the end of my lease especially after watching on the news today that a women was raped at gunpoint at her apartments. This is it for me, safety first, i would rather pay alittle extra and be safe. people drive crazy here certainly have no regard for the children, loud music and the low wood gated fence certainly grants access to every and anyone making it easy for culprits, this is not a safe place for you and or your children, certainly not worth the headache, and with the management that doesnt care about the wellbeing of the tenants certainly not worth it. more

hmm lets see what is good about The Seasons... oh wait they are under new management now and changing the name to Parkwood... so what is good??? NOTHING, seriously there is nothing good about these apartments. Rent may be reasonable but these apartments are crap and need to be torn down and rebuilt, not just repainted (like they are doing now) I have lived here 2 years, not by choice, economy is hard. Most of the people that live here drive through the complex fast, with no regard to children or other tenants. They blast their music loud at all hours of the day and night, teens/young adults and children vandalize the property all the time. No one picks up there dog poop, especially when their dog does it in front of your apartment! Maintenance...ugh maintenance sucks. its pathetic. nothing gets fixed, it takes days for them to show up and half of them if not all of them can not even speak english to communication is awful!! people that dont even live here can park their car and leave it for days, weeks, and the office staff does nothing. So parking sucks. It is gated but nearly everyone here does not have a key card for whatever their excuse is, so they wait for someone to let them in. or even better yet they drive through the exit! I do not recommend this place unless you are a thug. because thats what lives here. the few of us that are good people, we are trying like hell to get out of here. more

I have lived in these apts for close to a year(which is my lease) 13months and the entire time has been a roller coaster. No run ins w/ drug dealers or gun shoots but the plumbing and management are the WORSE. Before I moved in, I spoke w/ the manager & told her about the reviews that I'd read, stating the water was bad, etc. she told me that all was fixed. Well she lied. The water is either brown when you first turn it on, the pressure is super low or its cold. The price is inexpensive but you get what you pay for. I cant wait til my lease is up in a few months b/c Im tired of being lied to by management and tired of the water problems. more

I lived there less than a year and found myself having to break the lease for the safety of my family. My daughter was harassed by a drug dealer after she got off the school bus and was making her way home. I complained to the leasing office and the girl who took my call tried to help me out but once she passed the information to the manager, she said there's nothing they can do. I then went to the Harris County Sheriffs department and obtained the number of calls/visits they've had to make and the numbers were astounding!!! I wish I would have looked this up before I moved in. I at lease know 2 of those calls were from me where I had to report gunshots fired. more

I've lived here almost a year and it has been a nightmare! I've had to deal with gunshots, drug dealers, and noise like you would not believe. I've called the police (they wanted to know what I expected living in a place like this) and complained to the office and to the management company without any help what so ever. Do yourself and your family a favor, DON'T MOVE HERE! more

If you want your car broken into, your apartment robbed, every other person you see offering to sell you drugs, get jumped, to live in a filthy apartment, every trash everywhere, then these are the apartments for you. DO NOT MOVE HERE! I wish I would have looked at reviews before moving here. Now I have no personal property left thanks to all the thieves the live there. more

I can not wait to move out of these apartments. When you come in to lease they tell you all these wonderful things and the things that they are improving. What they don't tell you is that your house will get the door kicked in in the middle of the day, you hear gunfire all night, and that they sell drugs on every corner. Any time you call to complain the manager is never available and dont think she will call you back. The only plus I will give them is on the maintenanice more

Time to publish another review. This is an unreasonable place to live. You will be charged market rent if you miss paying on the 1st, you will be assessed late fees on your water and pest control. We have been robbed and my neighbor within days of each other in broad daylight they took tvs, computers. Now maintenance is slacking as well that was about the only good thing they had going for them. They also tape up the drop box so you can't put your payments in. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! And drug dealers still are here! :( Pros: Good maintenance Cons: Not safe more

do not live in these apartments. They have horrible managment and stuff breaks all the time and never gets fixed. Including your AC and water heater. more
