I have taken both of our household's vehicles to the Sears Auto Center at Bayshore for new tires and other various service needs. The staff there remember me and have always been very friendly and courteous. Sometimes it does get busy, but I would assume because of the convenience of: #1 Being attached to a busy shopping center and #2 They take their customers first-come first-serve. I purchased new tires last week on my wife's car and they said it would be 3-4 hours before it would be ready (every bay in their shop was full). So I took in a movie, bowled a few games and did a little shopping and the car was ready when I returned. @WhiteCat I'm sorry you had a bad experience, but I've been taking my vehicle in every 6-8K miles for tire rotations (free) and am usually in & out in a very timely manner. I would recommend this Sears Auto Center to anyone in the NorthShore area!!
