Took my vehicle into the Roseville Sears automotive department for 2 new tires on a front wheel drive vehicle. They took off the wrong 2 old tires and did not rotate the newly purchased ones to the front of the vehicle. All 4 tires had different air pressure readings at end of transaction. Upon inspection of invoice 2 undisclosed charges appeared as well as a recommendation for service of " cv boot cracking". The cv boot is not cracking and is in perfect condition. This was flat out false. These people are dangerously incompetent and I feel they could pose a danger to the community with their inept service. Of the 4 tires these were the air pressure readings. 32, 33, 28, 40. This is dangerous. This is after they charged me $400 for 2 new tires with balancing and rotation. Unreal.
