I purchased a DVD player at Sears a little over a year ago. Recently the tray jammed and I needed to take it back. I had bought an extended warranty on it at the time. I had the receipt and showed the salesperson. The salesperson was very nice and helpful. The warrant should cover all parts and service. I recommend getting extended warranties at Sears this was a no hassle issue. more

Sears is the best for shopping electronics and home utilities.The store has wide variety in all different brands. They provide guarantee for the electronics goods which is really worth the money spent on the electronics goods... Best with customers requirement and helping them to identify all their needs easily.
