There are so many choices that there is no way you can't get what you want. I go atleast once a week for lunch or dinner with the family. Service is good & friendly. The cajun Salmon is my absolute favorite! Recommend this place for good times & good food. more

Great Atmosphere and food 1/13/2011

My family and I had a great experience at the Sea Galley in Anchorage. We had great service and the shrimp appetizer was fantastic. We would recommend this Sea Galley to anyone visiting Anchorage. We have a Sea Galley in the Yakim area of WA and enjoy the fresh seafood they offer here on the east side of the Cascades. We only know of these two and would recommend either to our friends. Thanks John for having such a nice staff to take care of us during our visit to your restaurant. more

Very nice, quiet, private place to eat 1/10/2011

Lived in Alaksa for 5 years...this was my family's favorite place to eat. I asked my 5 year old where he wanted to go for dinner, his response was, "Sea Galley". Great food, awesome salad bar! Very nice, quiet, private place to eat more

My family loves SeaGalley! The saladbar is wonderful. Appetizer list is hugh and they always have new items. The staff for the most part has been there for years! That says a lot in my book. Try the crab feast and I dare you to leave there hungry. more

We had the prime rib and king crab and everything was perfectly prepared 12/24/2010

I hadn't been to Sea Galley in many years. We had the prime rib and king crab and everything was perfectly prepared. The prime rib was so tender that I was able to cut it with my fork. The king crab was a bit difficult to get out of the shell, but popped right out with a bit of finesse. Such is the nature of king crab. I found the clam chowder to be as delightful as ever and the staff and service were both absolutely fantastic. It's often said that the majority of people who post reviews are those who had an unfortunate experience and that those with a positive experience simply tip well, thank the servers and managers and head home with fully happy stomachs. I'm sure all restaurants have good and bad days, but I have never been disappointed with the food at Sea Galley and certainly wasn't tonight. Oh and as for the portions being too small for the price....I have enough of my meal sitting in the fridge for my dinner tomorrow night as well. more
