Save your money and stay away from Scottsdale Springs Apartments in Scottsdale, AZ. The maintenance staff is terrible. I have reported a leak in the ceiling at least 5 times. Each time they show up they tell me that the leak is fixed and every time it rains, it continues to leak. Now, the maintenance supervisor has cut a hole in the ceiling to allow the leak to drip into a bucket. So I have an open hole to the attic space in my bedroom, exposing me and my family to dust, dirt, mold, insects and rodents. To top it all off, we had to deal with this through the holidays. Save yourself the time, money and headache and find a different apartment complex to move into.
