They showed up unannounced at my door to aerate my yard. I advised them that I didnot want their service and they left. I received a detailed account of the service not provided 2 days later (with a bill) . I proceeded to call their office and advise that the work had not been done and requested that my account be cancelled immediately.They advised that they were crediting me for service not performed. I paid the balance due minus the credit. Two months later, a notice arrives that my service is being cancelled for non-payment. I sent a detailed letter and copies of bills to them . They respond by sending me a letter from a collection agency. After 2 years of their service, my yard looks worse than it did before they began said service. I would recommend that you buy fertilizer at Home Depot and spread it yourself.
