Scott's Furniture Company is the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I ordered a couch and was told originally that it would take one week to come in, It has now been three and I was offered to come look at another couch that was similar. I take off of work today to come look at it and it was the couch I had ordered. They did not notice it was my order and put it on the sales floor, and before inviting me to come look at it did not check it. Also I was told that I would be getting two years interest free on the financing that I did. The two years interest free was on the sign out in front of the store, the sales person told me it would be two years interest free, and the woman that helped me sign the paper work said that it was two years interest free. When the bank lady called she advised me that they put on the paper work one year interest free. I asked the lady at the store about it and she simply told me she would TRY to fix it and call me tomorrow, but she could not make any promises. I will update if somehow they turn this into a positive experience, but right now I would advise to avoid this place like the plague. more

I rate this business a ----0 !!! There quality of merchandise is terrible and i will never shop there again! I spent nearly $1000.00 on a recliner and when they delivered it on the 18th of June i noticed something was not right about it. It sat whop sided and leaned to the right. Since then i have called them several times and somebody came up from the complaint dept on that Fri and noticed the problem right off. Today is July the 2nd and i still have a broken recliner with promises they would be to pick it up on the 5th and fix it. I don't feel that that is satisfactory. I shouldn't have to go through this with that kind of money i paid to have a refurbished recliner. If anyone has any suggestions on how to solve this please comment back to me! My back has hurt so bad i now am facing a Dr.'s appt for some help with my back! However as i stated, NEVER will i step foot back in their door again! I only wish i had read the reviews before i went down there. I need some help fast! more

Bought furniture 4 or 5 times over 25 years or so. The last time they said we would get 300.00 in free groceries. I did every thing I was suppose to do ,I spent the whole year sending in recipts, I got nothing went on line check out the place and they were bankrupth. more

I would recommend everyone to visit with Scotts Furniture. I have also recommended a couple of friends from my are to visit Scotts and they purchased furniture the day they visited and said they wouldn't shop anywhere else. I love the owners, they are great people! more

I have had on going issues with furniture that I bought at Scotts Furniture for over 2.5 years now, they don't stand behind there service, management is very rude and unprofessional. They originally ordered the wrong furniture 3 times and after that I decided to keep it because I was told if I had any problems they would be glad to exchange it. now that I have had problems with the furniture that I didn't even order in the first place, they want stand by their agreement. Owners and managemnt would do nothing to make good on the product. more

Ordered over 5,000 dollars in furniture from Scotts. After they made 5 trips to my home, they not only came to swap out a couch that was not on their truck, but they took back the lamps we bought because they could not resolve the issue. more

Pricing, quality, and friendly staff are excellent. However, I will never shop there again until they remove the "No Firearms Allowed" sign in the front window. I respect their position and choose not to shop anywhere that doesn't respect mine. more

I had been looking for this certain furniture and Scott's had the best deal by far. They have free local delivery and I had my furniture in 3 days. My sales person was Jordan and he was very friendly & helpful. I highly recommend you see Jordan at Scott's furniture. more

Bought 2 matress & box springs sets spent $1000.00 12/2/2006

They were great right up until I gave them my money. I paid cash $989.61 Todd was my sales person he was great right up until he got my money! \r \r Bought them on 11/18/06 and I called them on 12/2/06 and they used a lame holiday excuse when in all actuallity they hadn't even placed the order for my bed. \r \r So if any of you need some help getting something done there just call me I must be the store managers boss because it takes me lighting a fire under their ass to get them to do their job!\r \r POOR VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!\r \r I will let you know about the products and delievery as soon as I get the beds!\r \r Joe more

I went shopping to find a recliner so, i looke around at a few stores and i decided to go back to scott's furniture i bought the exact same recliner from this store fifty five dollars cheaper and they deliver,great place to shop more
