Friendly, but do not know how to work on import engines. My car wasn't running so I took it to them and they charged me 1400 dollars to repair the engine and the timing was still off after I told them 5 times it was off and nuts and bolts were missing from the engine bay...service was way off , valves were hitting against the pistons making a loud noise when starting...valves were probably bent and I had to fix the timing and valves myself. Car works better and sounds better. Will not ever go there again. They know who I am because I was one pi$$ed off customer. They had my engine for one week to fix the engine and they were finished but when I looked at my engine valve cover, it was cutt off, timing belt and timing belt cover were exposed and took them a month to order a new valve cover which I have not still to this day received. Spark plug wire bracket was missing, strut bar bolt was missing, header bolts were not even torqued..alarm was cut off and not re-wired. Horrible place. I will take my car to the dealer ship next time...or do it myself. - one angry customer
Pros: Probably less expensive than dealership costs.
Cons: Poor repair and ridiculous worksmanship.
