I love this store 3/18/2006

I love to browse this store and can do it for hours, especially since they have my favorite teas at their cafe located inside. They have a great selection of books and although they are a bit pricey they are still worth a visit. They also have a great magazine and cd selection. If you are really luck you will get to see a performance going on inside their theatre. more

Many books and local business too 9/12/2005

I can find just about any book at Schuler's. Their selection is very large, the second largest in Grand Rapids behind Barnes and Noble. Their staff is very helpful and if they do not have a book they will order it for you. They also have an excellent cafe with soup, sandwiches and coffees. There panini sandwiches are huge!! I had a greek salad that was also very good. It is nice to have a cup of coffee and look over some books to see which ones you want to get. more

Support your local owned bookstore... 9/2/2005

Schulers is great and it is locally owned and operated. They always have those odd books that are hard to find. The atmosphere is welcoming and cozy. more

Shop, Read, Relax 8/13/2005

I love the Schuler's Bookstore environment! It's a relaxing place to spend time. The bookstore has a great selection of books, music, magazines and gifts, and the kid's section is particularly fun. The Schuler's cafe has lots of good things to eat, from sandwiches (try the Roasted Artichoke) to baked goods and excellent coffees. This is a great place to meet friends, study or hang out. more

Such a good selection! 6/29/2005

Schuler's bookstore has a very nice aura about it. The employees are very helpful, and the store is very clean. Especially when it comes to magazines, the selection is superb. I especially love the American Girl book display they have there, because I practically grew up on those books. It's nice to have some quality reading books. more
