Schuck's Auto Supply

It's pretty interesting to me to see how Schuck's O'Reilly doesn't get rid of their bad managers but instead they either moved them or promoted them to another location. My point in this case, is the current manager of their 4th Ave location in Renton. Her name is Karen and she used to be the manager on their Sunset Blvd location. There are so many complaints against her that she should have been fired a long time ago. Email listed below is an example of it. She is extremely RUDE, RUDE AND RUDE! She is just awful to deal with. Karen = Poor Customer Service. With such individual to runs their store, it's no surprises to me that customers are flocking to Auto Zone and Highland East Auto Parts.\r Maybe I should apply for a management job there! I needed a healight so I sent my son to the Schuck's on Sunset Blvd in Renton to buy one and to ask for help to install it. Shuck's would not install it. I called the manager, Karen, and voiced my frustration at this policy and she was very, very, very rude. Absolutely no customer service I will never go to Schuck's again. more

The Schucks on Sunset Blvd in Renton has been so useless on the two occasions that I have visited their store. The first time I needed a turn signal bulb and I located the part number in their book...it turned out the bulb in the book is incorrect and does not fit my car. They let me return it and when I told them about the incorrect information in their book, the clerk told me that it was the most current edition so I must have read it wrong. The second time I purchased some windshield wipers and I was told that I grabbed the wrong size. When they helped me put them on, the guy realized that in fact he grabbed the wrong size...then I had to go through the process of returning the wrong size and then purchasing the right size (the original ones I grabbed) and then watching him put them on my car again. It was such an ordeal both times I have been in there and for that reason I will never go there again. PROS: CONS: Unknowledgable employees more
