#1 Place to Mini Golf in Maine 3/26/2013

In the past 5-6 years, lots of work has been put into the improvement and maintenance at Schooner. Each year it continues to improve. The course is expansive, which provides the opportunity for many families to enjoy the 18 holes. The lawns are well-kept, and it clear that the owners put effort into the appearance of the course and the well-being of their customers. The prices are fair, and the course is always kept clean. I would not take my business anywhere else. more

the worst mini golf ever avoid it unless you want to waste your money 4/21/2012

the holes are all warped the cups have points sticking out both of these make it very hard to get it in within par they dont accept any credit cards cash only and no atm had to go to a gas station up the road and use their atm my kids gave up after 13th hole it just wasn't any fun we went to another mini golf not far away called martel's mini golf and ice cream it was 3 50 per person cheaper and the course was great the kids had a great time more

good times 10/12/2005

I love to play mini golf, but I am not very good at it. Schooners has an older mini golf course, but I like it because it is not as difficult as some other places. This is a great place to bring kids or groups of people. Since it is a little bit easier it does not take you four hours to complete the course. The prices are reasonable and the staff is always friendly more

Mini golf on a ship 8/18/2005

The best part about this mini golf course is that it is on an actual schooner. Kids seem to love it. They have decent prices, but each hole is not full of "glitz" like some other mini golf courses in the area, but still fun nonetheless. Of course the little colored ball, putter, scorecard, and pencil are included in their very reasonable price. more

Miniature Golf in Saco 7/28/2005

We like this miniature golf course very much. It's located just outside of Old Orchard Beach (OOB) near the turnpike's spur, on Ocean Park Rd. Our favorite part is the large ship, which you do play on, hence the "schooner" in its name. The staff are polite and the price is reasonable. There's plenty of parking. If you have a choice between this one or Pirates Island in OOB, this would be my second choice. But it is a nice alternative. It is open after sunset, which tends to be a "buggy" time in Maine, so remember your bugspray. Otherwise it makes it really hard to have a good time here. more
