I attended the School of Natural Cookery in 2001. The curriculum is amazing and has been supporting me and my business for the last 8 years. I was told that this school is not about placement, instead it is for people who wish to find their own place in culinary world. They did find opportunities for my classmates who wanted to work in food service or food manufacturing. Most of us are independent and developed our own businesses.
