Great customer service, terrific selection 12/15/2005

This tried-and-true Richmond favorite has found a new home at Short Pump mall. The staff and well-edited shoe selection are the best you'll find in the city. Prices aren't the cheapest, but you'll find shoes here you won't find anywhere else. more

Excellent Customer Service 8/27/2005

If a personal fitting and courteous customer service is what you are looking for, Saxon is the place to go for shoes. The staff is diligent about helping you find the right shoe. They don't mind spending time with you. I find them much more helpful than the people who work in the major department stores. They have a nice children's section with a good selection of Stride Rite and other brands. Their everyday prices are fairly expensive. more

Saxon Shoes is a large store that sells shoes,handbags,and accessories.It is a large place,with shoes for the whole family.They also have a large back room filled with shoes on sale.They are really focused on the customer here.They try very hard to fit each customer with the perfect pair of shoes.They sell moderately priced to very high end shoes here,as well as many options for weddings and special occasions. more
