Good service and good workmanship. 7/6/2010

I have been using Santa Barbara Auto Refinishing for a while. I have worked with Wally before and he always does what he says. The quality of work seems good and Wally is an honest and friendly guy. The shop itself is easy to get to, they always return my phone calls, and they are accommodating. Everything seems to work pretty well. John Luca more

I have used Santa Barbara Auto Refinishing for about 10 years now because they always do good work. They have worked on several cars for me and their service has been excellent. They just finished a big repair job for me and everything turned out well. more

Courteous , Professional and Accommodating 8/21/2009

Santa Barbara Auto Refinishing has always been very customer service oriented. I feel like they know me personally and are very accomidating with my schedule. I decided to use their service because I drive a Lexus and they are Lexus certified so they have an additional level of training. They are very fairly priced. Recently, they went the extra mile for me. I had an accident and the other persons insurance company was very difficult. Santa Barbara Auto Refinishing took the lead in dealing with the difficult insurance company and made it very easy. They worked with the adjuster and filed the claim for the work. Santa Barbara Auto Refinishing repaired a dent in my truck. Everything about the service was excellent. They were very professional and got the job done when they said they would.
