I have dealt with Sanders Glass twice. I received poor customer service the first time when I tried to purchase a mirror. They never followed up with me and I purchased elsewhere. I prefer to support local business and decided to try again. I took a mirror with a 1"" bevel in that had cloudy glass and asked about replacing it. They said they could replace it but could only do a 3/4"" bevel, not the 1"" that my mirror had. We left the mirror to have the glass replaced at a cost of $65.00. Upon rehanging the mirror we noticed we had a 1"" bevel and within a few days the cloudiness reappeared in all the same places. We did not bother to go back to the store to fight for our money back. We will NEVER go back to Sanders Glass. They have the WORST customer service and, we feel, are dishonest. We will gladly travel as far as we need to to do business with those who care about their customers, and who are fair and honest in their business dealings. more

Absolutely positively awful product and service 2/22/2012

Purchased tempered glass for my dining room table. They were unwilling to match competitors discounts but I went with them to support the local community. Sometimes it is not worth it to buy local. After a month of light use, my tempered glass exploded in our empty dining room all by itself! I called and explained the phenomenon and questioned their tempering process and they treated me like garbage. I can understand no warranty on glass but come on, when a customer spends $$$ for a product purchased a month prior, you probably ought to make a peace offering of some sort. Instead they stiffed me and said, all you can do is order it again for full price. For real? No seriously. How are you making it in this economy if you treat people like that? more

I liked that they had a showroom that I could look at all the different makes of windows. The sales people were also very helpful. Once I decided, it took only 2 1/2 weeks to get the windows. I replaced nine windows and the three men came at 9 and were finished by 3. They cleaned up. I love my new windows and the service that I received. Pros: They had a showroom of windows that I could look at. more

Poor Customer Service 2/26/2008

Their prices are pretty good but when working with them I have had to to the face to face and then the treatment has been fair. I don't know what happened to good cutomer service with this company they have a hard time understanding the concept. Pros: Their prices and work Cons: Interpersonal skills more

I've never been treated so rude 1/25/2008

The staff here were a bunch of JERKS. They treated me with disrespect because i am a minority. I've never seen such negativity towards black people in my life. If you want to be treated like a dog go here, but if you don't i recommend going somewhere else. Pros: They showed up on the right day Cons: I hired them more
