My husband and I received a Hydrotherapy Spa treatment and a 60 minute massage. The service was excellent, they were on time and the service was all that we both expected. Have already booked the next appointment. more

My teenager's visit 2/6/2012

I will say- getting my 15 y/o son to agree wasn't an easy task. He needed a teen facial with blackhead removal. Just turned 15. He was pleasantly suprised and actually enjoyed his visit. I doubt he'll tell his friends he went for a facial, but he asked me if he could go again! Aushra was wonderful! The staff is attentive and caring and while I waited for my son I was able to relax and was treated to a foot massage. Sanctuary Spa gets the highest marks from us! more

Where is everybody? 1/30/2012

I understand I won't always have the same server at my local cafe but not having the same therapist at sanctuary? It's like a brand new place. I tried to book my regular massage with anna well she's gone. So then I remembered I had Lynda well she's gone too. So I asked the receptionist who seemed to have had an attitude with me to see who else I have worked with she said Wendy well she's gone too. Every person I've tried to book with is gone! With the rude poorly trained receptionist and none of the therapist I usually go see. I no longer feel welcomed anymore. more

Robes, slippers, hot tea...Total pampering and comfort start to finish! The Sauna was tranquil and the facial was the utmost in relaxation. Many places call themselves a spa, but this is the real deal.... a true Spa experience! more

The best Spa in Houston 12/23/2011

It took me a while, when I first arrived to Houston, to find a Spa I was satisfied with until I found Sanctuary Spa. My first try was the waxing services! Wow! They are the best. Brea has trained her folks to master the art of waxing. Then came the facials and the massages. Every thing I have tried is the best and I could not be happier. I have tried so many other places when I hear they are good, but always come back to Sanctuary Spa. Although, the shopping center location might not be as fancy as other places, when you set foot into the SPA, the ambiance sets you in the mood. more

Good customer service 12/20/2011

I have gone to Sanctuary three times. Twice for the sauna and once for a massage. The massage was great! The first time I used the sauna everything was set up (towels in place and ready for the sauna to be used) the second time it was surprising that the towels were not set up as the first time (towels were placed for me to set up) not that I can not set up) but it was a little disappointing but the customer service and the great feeling of the sauna afterwards made me forget about the towels not being set up. more

Great Lashes 12/16/2011

I had lash extensions put on by Kim. She is so easy to work with and her gentle touch puts me to sleep during the procedure. I have been in three times now and every time it is great. more
