Sanctuary - The name explains it 10/10/2002

The Sanctuary really is a beautiful place to go and be pampered. It's contemporary interior, excellent staff, and easy parking make this salon easy to get into and a pleasure to stay at. Pros: Beautiful Facilities, Easy Parking, Excellent Staff more

Poor service 7/9/2002

My sister and I were in MN visiting our mother and made 3 appointments at the spa. The day before we were scheduled we found out there was a mix-up and they accidently cancelled 2 of the appointments--even though we had confirmation and had the names of the people we were scheduled with. After much back and forth they said they could "squeeze" 2 of us in, but the third would not be able to get an appointment. Obviously this was not acceptable so we had to forfit our trip to the spa. The manager was not overly helpful and did not go out of her way to fix their mistake. Therefore, we will never go back--and will tell everyone we know not to go. more
