During the time we waited for an oil change, 5 customers were told they needed alignment, brake jobs etc. When it came to us, they told us the same thing! Luckily husband is a mechanic and knew they were hustling us. Completely outrageous, unethical business practices. When they were questioned as to specifically what they would do, it was clear they were lying given the make and model of our car. Felt sick sitting there listening to them lie to other customers. Last oil change at this business. Please do not have anything other than warranty work done there - if you've have already purchased a car. more

I must give a extra thank you to the parts dept who helped me with accessories and answered all the questions I had about some of the features on the car. Great experience all around. more

NO INTEGRITY! 11/4/2011

UNBELIEVABLE!! ""San Luis Bay Motor's"" has NO INTEGRITY!! I just bought a 2004 Sorento a few weeks ago and have had nothing but trouble with the car. After a week of driving my 2004 Kia Sorento I knew that something serious was wrong. They sold me a car that had a main rear seal oil leak and it didn't have lubricant in the differential case which caused the front end to shudder when turning. You would think the service department would have caught the problem when checking the car out before they put in on the lot!!!!! Their DISHONEST Service Department cost me $1300! When the salesman ""Tyler"" called me to see how I liked the car, I was telling him how disappointed I was when he hung up on me. I called and talked to the manager ""Rocky"" about how rude Tyler was and was given the runaround from there. DO NOT BUY HERE!!! more

These people are so SHALLOW and NARROW minded....DO NOT BUY or EVEN STEP FOOT into this dealership unless you want to experience the WORST experience ever. Tracy the business manager is completely rude and the General Manager Kevin is even worse. Wow! Talk about the worst kind of service ever. Too bad the owner isn't ever there to witness how awful his dealership is being ran into the ground. more

I have gone past San Luis Bay Motors several times with out giving it much thought. I was int he market for a new car not to long ago so I decided to stop by. I was pleasently surprised and at how they worked. They worked with me and helped me with anything I needed. I was unsure as to what I was exactly looking for but they really helped me find the car that was perfect for me. I ended up driving off the lot with a KIA SORENTO and I am very happy with the car. Ok so I just purchased a new KIA Soul and I have to say I am really happy with the whole experience. I usually dread going in for a new car because its such hassle. I had passed by San Luis Bay Motors several times and when I drove in I immediatly felt comfortable. The salesman were not aggressive at all they answered all my questions and put my mind at ease with the purchase!! I came back a few days later for some paper work that had gotten mixed up and could have been a mess...they found the problem and fixed it on the spot! Great Car buying Experience 7/5/2010

I havn't bought a car in years and I just recently decided to get another one. The whole experience at San Luis Bay Motors was great from start to finish. The salesman were helpfull and answered all my questions. The finance department was really patient with getting me the payments I wanted also. After all was said and done I drove off the lot happy with my new Forte. I will be recommending these guys to every one I know. Pros: Friendly Staff/Great Vehicle Selection Cons: No drawbacks that I could see more

Bad Business Morals! 8/14/2009

my dad bought a car from this place a while back BIG MISTAKE. San Luis Bay Motors had taken off the Warranty on the Kia my dad bought. We got angry off so we took it back and got out money back. My brother in-law purchased a vehicle from here and what happened? The purchase did not go very good at all! The harassing phone calls, and bad stuff my brother in law went through wasnt good. Oh yeah here is the Best part! The Owner him self Rocky, Right? was in my sisters work one day and he harassed my sister at her work! In my Opinion I would love to have this place out of business. It is not worth anyones time buying anything from San Luis Bay Motors. And that folks is all. :) Cons: Bad Business Morrals more

The old agenda lies to sell you a car. 9/19/2008

I was informed about this place years ago about the ""tactics"" used by sales personnel, so I avoided the place when looking for an automobile. After 10 or so years Idecided to stop by, BIG MISTAKE, ask questions about automobile I was interested in and was given immdiate answers, unfortunatley for me I found out latrer that some of the answers were incorrect. The sad thing is that there were flags that popped up during the purchase of this car that if I was paying even more attention that I should have backed out at that time. My recommendation, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Cons: Unbeleiveable Sales persons. more

Avoid this place at all costs... 11/2/2007

I have never had worse treatment than the treatment I have received from SLBM. I was sold a vehicle that has a ton of things wrong with it and I was told it was still under factory warranty and it's not. They are not willing to fix the vehicle unless I want to pay the $2500 it's going to cost. They told me it was unsafe to drive but would not give me a loaner car, they simply told me to ""drive safe"" and ""be careful"". This car is only a year old, these people are unbelievable...especially being a woman..they are all jerks to deal with. Absolutely NO satisfaction. Pros: NOTHING. Cons: You will get no help if something goes wrong with your vehicle, even if you have a warranty. more
