The only thing I have seen is rude personel every time I'm telling you if you pay a visit to them your looking for a real bad experience but it's not as bad as the finance department I pray people won't fall into that trap of actually living there If I knew anybody that has said something good to say I would have my doubts but I've asked plenty and when I went to pay a friends bill myself I was treated like I was oweing her something. I know why the city is losing money it's because of the fact they don't appreciate their citizens by the poor costumer service. The woman Who called herself sheri in finance was acting like she was a god and we were all her idiots which everyone in line didn't like either I for one have to say please think before you go any where around these people. There might be obama in the white house but it seemed like racism was still in other offices and it presented it self like it was one of them.
