San Saba Spa

The front desk staff were helpful with scheduling our appointments. I came with a group and we were all doing different services, as well as having lunch at the spa. Every minute of our experience there was so worth it. Many of our girls had facials, massages and nail services, however, I was short on time and only had a mani and pedi. I am so glad I chose those services. It had to the best pedicure I have ever had. I luckily got a gem named Becky. She was so professional and made me feel so comfortable. She took time and helped me chose the polish color that best complimented my skin tone. She explained everything as she did it, and even educated me on proper at home maintenance, that will help my nails look their best for days to come. She has such a gentle touch, and her foot massage is like no other. With all the negative things I have heard lately on getting nail services, I was so relieved to see how clean everything was, and Becky even explained their sanitizing policy, and I so appreciated her doing so. I can't say enough about how beautiful this spa is, and how my friends and I enjoyed our spa day. I am so looking forward to my next visit. I recommend Lakeway Resort and Spa to anyone wanting to escape the stress of daily life. It is truly a beautiful place to stay. I had the true pleasure of experiencing a day at San Saba Spa. This Spa is absolutely amazing and gorgeous. This spa is worth going to just for the views alone! Spectacular! I had the best massage i have ever experienced from Lori. I also recieved a fabulous facial from Valerie, who was so welcoming and friendly. The manicures and pedicures at this place are to die for. Crystal did an outstanding job and the views from the mani/pedi stations overlooked the beautiful pools. I will be going to this spa for life!! And i will be recommending this place to ALL of my friends and family! Pros: Outstanding Views, Excellent Service, and the staff is perfection! Cons: None what so ever! more

I was at the Lakeway Resort last week for a wedding and I must say the new resort is quite beautiful since they have done the renovations. The swimming pool overlooking the lake is so beautiful. I also love the way the spa looks out over the pools and the lake. I went to the spa for a facial, and it had to be the best facial I ever had. Valerie did a wonderful job and made me feel so relaxed. I felt like a new person by the time she was done. She took the time to answer my questions and address my concerns that I had which I really appreciated. I would definately recommend this spa. The staff was simply wonderful. I've been to numerous day spas in the Austin area for massages, but certainly none overlooking Lake Travis! The view and spa are great! If you're stressed and tense, ask for Nathan who gives one of the best massages I've ever had. The deep pressure and focus on stress points were exactly what I needed to loosen the tight back, shoulder and neck muscles.
