All these guys do is constantly SPAM Craigslist with too-good-to-be-true properties. They do this in hopes that you will vcall the Craigslist number for property location and then they try to sell you on the fee of $133 for their services. Biggest joke around and shady marketing in Craigslist = Not giving them my money!
